| Through analyzing the reasons of some phenomenon, such as defeat in supervision for public hospital, over-pursuit behavior out of control, medical service in anomie, effective public hospital and monitoring system frame should be established, supervision function should be played by the government effectively, the supervision function of society and profession should be established and consummated, enforce effective monitoring measure, and the regression of public welfare in public hospital should be encouraged, to ensure the healthy development of public hospitals. |
