| The oldest leveling origin in Beijing is taken as an example, which has cultural values going beyond itself as a cultural carrier and then a shared vision of Peking University Hospital.The conception, the practice and the achievement of making innovation in hospital culture construction are summarized and the feasibility and the reference significance of constructing the shared vision for hospital development are discussed on this basis. |
