| Human factors are the main factors that affect the anesthetic safety. Latent and active factors are the basic elements that introduce human errors. The best and basic way to decrease human risk is to optimize the personal quality of anesthetist. The quality optimization of anesthetist can be cultivated by improving medical knowledge and technical abilities, psychology, professional ethics and responsibility, enhancing departmental culture construction and improving anesthetists’quality. |
