Abstract: |
Medical rear-service management is a system about keeping and supporting. Its core content includes procedure and resource protection management.Through the creation and usage of “Rear-service Management Quality Evaluation System”in large general hospitals,it aims at summarizing experience about rear service in large general hospital and raising efficiency in rear service department, in order to improve medical quality and insure medical security furthest, provide a set of evaluation system and method about medical rear-service management for the similar hospitals. |
