At present, the competition between hospitals has gradually evolved into the competition between human resources, but human resources management system falls behind other systems by the influence of planning economy in China. Through analyzing domestic and foreign literature about human resource management, and combining with the status quo of human resources management situation in hospitals in China, both reform ideas and related policy recommendations are put forward. |
