目的 了解患者在就医过程中有意无意被用作临床教学实践的“活标本或教具”后的主要心理变化和躯体变化。方法 选取住院病人100例,进行自行设计的问卷调查。 结果 大多数患者在无意中被用作临床教学实践时,当众讲解病情或隐私部位被暴露后都有不同程度的自尊受损,从而引起心理和躯体的上的负面影响。结论 由于患者传统观念的存在和文明意识的不断提高,其自尊水平也在不断提高,针对患者在临床实践教学中出现的心理和躯体变化应采取相应的护理措施,达到整体护理的目的。 |

Objetcive
To find out the psychological and somatic changes of patients who were used as “living specimen or teaching aids” for clinical practice training during their treatment process. Method The self-designed questionnaires were administrated to 100 in-patients. Result Most patients have the feeling of impaired self-esteem, which would lead to negative effects on their physical and psychological health in different degree when their state of illness were revealed or private parts were exposed during clinical practice training. Conclusion Patients’ level of self-esteem were increased due to their traditional views and improved civilization-consciousness, therefore, nurses should take measures in view of patients’ psychological and somatic changes; furthermore, nurse should prevent the occurrence of this problem to improve patients’ fitness and attain the goal of holistic nursing care. |
