目的 分析大额费用病人的费用情况，以探讨对病人的费用控制。方法 分析比较2008年心内科大额费用病人、非大额费用病人的平均住院费用、平均住院日、病种结构以及费用构成。结果 扣除大额费用病人使心内科全年病人的平均住院费用有所下降。结论 通过加强对大额费用病人的管理可控制平均住院费用。 |

Objective
To analyze the expenses of large cost patients in order to find the way to control the patients costs. Methods Compartive Analysis is done to the average expenses, ALOS, different constitute of diseases, and different expense structure of the patients with large costs and the other patients in cardiology department in 2008. Results The average expenses will be decreased through deducting the part of the patients with large costs. Conclusion Through strengthening the management of the patients with large costs, the average expenses can be controlled. |
