| Surgical marking on patient’s body is one of the contents during the surgical safety verification and it is easy to be overlooked by the part of surgeons. How to improve the rate of surgical marking on patient’s body is discussed by using the project management method in order to achieve "win-win" goals. The program benefits patients, for whom the surgical risk factors have been reduced.It benefits surgeons, for whom the medical sense of responsibilities have been strengthened. It benefits hospitals because the medical qualities have been assured and errors of marking symbols on surgical patient’s body have been avoided. |
