| The key points of public hospital reform in China are: （1）to facilitate public hospitals to focus on patient value；（2）to build an integrated medical care system in which public hospitals at different levels provide services at different points in the care cycle；（3）to differentiate the price of medical care and copayment of medical insurance according to the level of public hospitals to create incentives for patients to select hospitals and physicians rationally；（4）to improve the internal management and external supervision of public hospitals. |
