| 目的 探讨医务处在医院临床实验室生物安全管理的模式和作用。方法 建立以考核准入为基础的三级医院临床实验室生物安全管理模式，结合加强实验室生物安全管理委员会作用，完善硬件建设、加强日常监管、定期组织培训讲座、建立健全生物安全应急流程等其他管理措施。结果 以考核准入为基础的三级医院临床实验室生物安全管理模式在实践中运行良好，起到了保障医院实验室生物安全的作用。结论 医务处等医政管理部门通过建立并运行合理的临床实验室生物安全管理模式, 可以有效监督规范医院实验室生物安全工作, 防止和避免生物安全事故的发生。 |

| Objective
To probe into the management pattern and role of medical administration department in clinical laboratory biosafety. Methods Establishing the assessment and qualification system, stretching the role of the laboratory biosafety management committee, perfecting other management measures，such as hardware construction，enhancing daily supersion，organizing regulative training lecture and managing clinical laboratory biosafety effectively. Results The management pattern based on the assessment and qualification system is a good way to guard clinical laboratory biosafety in the third level hospital. In this way，hospital haboratory biosafety can be guarded.Conclusion The Establishment a rational management pattern of clinical laboratory biosafety by medical administration department can effectively guarantee clinical laboratory biosafety and protect laboratory from hazards happening. |
