目的
调查天津市三级医院医务人员手卫生知识掌握情况，分析其影响因素。方法 采用问卷调查法，对目标人群开展调查研究。结果 医务人员手卫生知识水平较高，整体情况良好；不同性别、职称的医务人员手卫生知识得分差别有统计学意义（P<0.05）；手卫生设施是影响医务人员手卫生执行的主要因素。结论 手卫生水平的提高是一项长期任务，有关部门和医院管理者应加强管理，加大宣传教育，采取多种措施提高医务人员手卫生水平。 |

Objective
To investigate the condition of mastering the knowledge about hand hygiene of medical staff in tertiary hospital in Tianjin, and to analyze its impact factors. Methods Taking the method of questionnaire survey, and making investigations on the target population. Results The medical staff has a high level of hand hygiene, and the overall is in good condition. It is statistically significant in hand hygiene knowledge score difference in medical staff from different gender and title (P<0.05). Hand hygiene facility is the major factor which affects the implementation of hand hygiene. Conclusion It is a long-term task to improve the level of hand hygiene. Relevant departments and hospital managers should strengthen the management, increase publicity and education, and take various measures to improve the level of hand hygiene of medical personnel. |
