| 从输入、输出和中间环节方面分析了医疗质量的过程影响因素，为弥补垂直型医院质量管理体系的不足，根据过程方法和IDEFx模型，提出增加水平型设计的构思，建议从质量战略、质量项目管理和创建注重医疗质量社会文化环境着手，通过过程改善，促进质量持续改进。 |

| In order to compensate for the deficiencies in hospital vertical quality management system，analysis of the process influencing factors is made from input and output.According to the process method and IDEFx model,design of increasing the horizontal level is proposed.It is suggested to set up quality strategy，exploit administrative measures and project of quality management to promote continuous quality improvement． |
