重视运用Z理论加强对医院聘用人员的管理

摘要:
聘用人员管理已成为医院管理的重要组成部分,关系着医院管理水平的高低。Z理论在医院聘用人员管理中的运用强调团队管理,积极推行留任措施及采用民主的人性管理。结合实际探讨Z理论在医院聘用人员管理中的应用,为医院聘用人员管理提供理论依据。

Abstract:
The management of engaged person had already been the important part of the hospital management, and it related to the levels of hospital management. Theory Z emphasized on group management, extending detaining and engaging steps actively, and adopting democratic human management in hospital engaged person management. Through the application of Theory Z in hospital engaged person management ,theoretical basis is offered for employees’management in hospitals.
