| The management of engaged person had already been the important part of the hospital management, and it related to the levels of hospital management. Theory Z emphasized on group management, extending detaining and engaging steps actively, and adopting democratic human management in hospital engaged person management. Through the application of Theory Z in hospital engaged person management ,theoretical basis is offered for employees’management in hospitals. |
