| 门诊检验室门诊工作的重要环节,但由于目前门诊检验科的建设和流程优化未引起足够重视,使门诊检验成为患者顺畅就诊的瓶颈之一。通过组建团队、项目评估和流程再造,门诊检验患者平均候检时间从35分钟缩短为20分钟,检验环节患者满意率从90.5%提高到95.5%,实现了精益管理的目标。 |

| Clinical Inspection is the important link for clinical work.Because of the irrespect for the construction of clinical laboratory and the optimization of the procedure nowadays,clinical inspection becomes the limitation of patients’convenience treatment.Through establishing groups,program evaluation and procedure reconstruction,the average waiting time of patients in clinical laboratory is shortened from 35 minutes to 20 minutes,and the patients’ satisfaction rate in clinical inspection increases from 90.5% to 95.5%.The aim of lean management is achieved. |
