| Abstract: |
| Decreasing administrative cost is very important to the development of medical universities and colleges. It is promising to introduce an administrative cost control system. Based on the TOPSIS approach, the paper established a mathematical model to evaluate the administrative cost control system, and use a case to illustrated the effectiveness and simplicity of the method in facilitating quantitative decision making. |
