| 对2004—2008年心内科超长住院病人全年的住院日和住院费用影响分析。对2008年心内科超长住院病人、非超长住院病人和所有病人住院日影响因素进行多因素逐步回归分析（STATA软件）。研究发现扣除超长住院病人，心内科每年平均住院日可下降1天左右，日均费用也得到了提高。心内科病人住院日最有影响的因素是性别、是否输血、出院季节、支付方式。 |

| Abstract: |
| The influence of long-patients to LOS and the medical expenses from 2004 to 2008 is analyzed. The multiple regression method is conducted to identify the influencing factors of ALOS of the long-patients, the other patients and all of the patients of cardiology in 2008 by STATA. That ALOS will be reduced 1 day and the daily fee will be increased by deducted long-patients is found. The most important influencing factors to LOS of cardiology are sex, blood filtering, discharge seasons and payment. |
