| 平均住院日是评价医院效率、医疗质量、管理水平的综合性指标之一。通过对医院近3年来平均住院日等相关核心医疗指标的分析，找出影响医院平均住院日的主要因素，深入研究并提出对策，以便采取科学合理的措施，在确保医疗质量和医疗安全的同时，有效缩短平均住院日，降低患者医疗费用，提高医院的社会效益和经济效益。 |

| Abstract: |
| The average length of stay is one of important aggregative indicators, which was always used to evaluate the benefit of hospital, quality and efficiency of medical service, and management level of hospital. According to the analysis of average length of stay and other core medical index of our hospital in the recent three years, the important factors that affected the average length of stay in our hospital were found, and corresponding measurements were put forward. In the precondition of the well quality and safety of medical treatments, the average length of stay should be decreased by the implementing scientific and proper measures. Thus hospitalization expense would be significantly reduced, and the hospital social benefit and economic benefit would be increased. |
