| Hospital culture construction innoviation is the objective need of medical service in the new era.Practices of Peking University First Hospital on building is taken an innovative cultural platform as an example during these years, and analyzes the effect and significance thereof, probe into the necessity and feasibility of an innovative cultural platform in large general hospitals in the new era and tries to find, by strengthening cultural construction, a new way of promoting comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of large general hospitals.And the effect and meaning of hospital culture construction innovation are explicited. |
