| At present, there are lots of academic recommendations because the government’s fiscal reform of reimbursement mechanism is considered as an issue of academic hot. The mechanism of “dual compensation and one control” is one of them. The article briefly stated the attitude of government about the fiscal reimbursement mechanisms and analyzed the reasons of reform, in the meanwhile, stated advantages of the mechanism of “dual compensation and one control” on the base of summary, analysis and comparison of the current academic achievements. |
