| With the development of market economy and the deepening of the reform of medical and health system, the development of hospitals faces severe challenges. The article discusses the five hot spots, which are social responsibility and self-interest, high-tech and basic quality, over-expansion and modest scale, disease-oriented and people-oriented, and service consciousness and service arts. In order to promote the sustainable development of public hospitals, the article tries to correctly understand the problems of modern hospitals, and raises the hospital management to a higher level and standard. |
