综合医院超声检查患者服务系统合理性研究

摘要:
目的 分析超声检查服务系统的运行规律,为超声检查资源的优化配置提供科学依据。方法 采用排队论的理论与方法,随机测量某三级综合医院的超声检查服务时间及患者到达时间,计算服务强度等运行指标。结果 当前超声检查上午的服务强度过高(>110%),下午各队列的服务强度在77%~85%,服务流程不合理。通过改变预约模式,可有效地提高系统的运行效率。结论 应用排队论的理论与方法评价超声检查服务流程效率合理可行,值得推广。

Abstract:
Objective The patterns of the ultrasonic examination were analyzed to provide scientific basis for the optimal allocation of resources. Methods Through the principals and methods of queuing theory,the service time and the patients’arrival time were measured and the operational indexes such as service intensity were calculated.Results Service intensity of the morning(more than 110%) and the afternoon(77%~85%) were irrationality. Through changing appointment mode,the operational efficiency of system should be enhanced effectively.Conclusion It is rational to evaluate the efficiency with the methods of the queuing theory,and it is worth promotion.
