| 目的 对我国临床护理人员的工作职责进行分类研究，为护理人员等级划分提供依据。 方法 30名护理专家从学历、工作时间、知识和技能、能力4个方面对筛选出的32项护理人员工作职责进行评分，对评分结果进行模糊聚类分析。 结果 当λ=0.993 3时，护理人员工作职责聚为6类，此时模糊聚类结果与实际情况最相符合。 结论 根据聚类结果和实际情况，我国临床护理人员可划分为5个等级，每个等级护理人员的学历、工作时间、知识和技能、能力与其所承担的职责相匹配。 |

| Objective
To study the duties’ classification of domestic clinical nursing staff, and provide the basis for grade classification of nursing staff. Methods 32 selected duties of nursing staff were scored by 30 nursing experts from educational background, work experience, knowledge and skills, and capacity. Then the scoring results were analyzed in a fuzzy clustering analysis way. Results When λ=0.9933, the nursing staff’s duties are clustered into 6 categories.The fuzzy clustering results are the most consistent with the actual situation at this time. Conclusion According to the clustering results and the actual situation, domestic clinical nursing staff can be divided into 5 levels, and the educational background, work experience, knowledge and skills, capacity of each level and their duties are matched. |
