| 随着上海市老龄化的加剧，老年慢性病患者的住院问题日益引起社会关注。在对上海市几家典型二、三级医院慢性病患者住院情况调查的基础上，分析了老年慢性病患者住院的主要特点，并对上海市慢性病患者床位需求量进行了初步估算，为上海医改和医疗资源整合提供决策依据。 |

| With the intensification of aging in Shanghai, the hospitalization for elderly patients with chronicle diseases is arousing public concern increasingly. Based on the research of the situations on this issue in several second and third level hospitals, the main features of elderly people with chronicle diseases is analyzed, and a preliminary demand of the amount of hospital-bed for chronicle diseases in Shanghai is conducted, which will provide some evidences for helath reform and decision making on resources integration. |
