| 医患纠纷是医患矛盾的一种表现形式。近年来，全国各地因医患纠纷而引起的冲突越来越多，医患双方都从自己的角度出发，希望实现利益的最大化。现行的医患纠纷处理方案主要有民事诉讼、医患协商解决和行政处理3种。通过调查医患双方的处理意愿，分析这三种处理方案存在的积极意义和局限性，提出医院在引入医疗社会工作的基础上，通过开展社会、心理服务，加强医患沟通等途径，建立新的医患纠纷调解机制的设想。 |

| Medical dispute is a form of doctor-patient conflict. In recent years, a growing number of conflicts arises from medical disputes all over the country. Both the doctors and patients want to maximize their respective benefits. Currently, there are mainly 3 kinds of solutions to medical disputes: civil litigation, consultation between the medical organization and the patients and administrative arbitration. According to the result of investigation of both doctors’ and patients’ inclination , the advantages and limitations existing in these 3 kinds of solutions are analyzed, and that hospitals provide social as well as psychological services and strengthen doctor-patient communications on the basis of bringing in medical social work is proposed. In this way, a new medical mechanism for mediating medical dispute can be established. |
