| 公立医院的改革试点已经实质性启动，在试点实践中必须要运用科学发展观，探索建立规范的公立医院管理体制和运行机制。就我院采取学科结构战略性调整措施推进医院建设，使医院全面进入跨越式发展崭新历史时期的实践过程，分析在当前形势下进行学科结构战略性调整的重要意义，总结实施的系统性步骤，为公立医院的改革试点提出若干建设性意见。 |

| The trial reform in public hospitals has been substantively started. The scientific development concept must be applied during the practice of the reform and the establishment of a standardized public hospital management system and operational mechanism be discussed. It elaborated the practice of how the measures had been adopted by the hospital in the strategic restructure of disciplines to promote hospital construction in order to enable the hospital to have a full access to a new historical period of development by leaps and bounds, analyzed the significance for the strategic restructure of disciplines under the current situation, summed up the implementation of systematic steps and put forward a number of constructive suggestions for the trial reform in public hospitals. |
