| 由于诉讼的周期长、成本高和刚性化特点，通过诉讼方式解决日益增多和逐步升级的医疗纠纷有一定的局限性。我国实践中正在积极探索各种行之有效地医疗纠纷替代解决机制。试图对我国现有的医疗纠纷替代解决机制进行比较、分析和评价，并给出倾向性的选择，以求为完善我国医疗纠纷解决机制提供些许建议。 |

| There are some limitations in resolving increasing and upgraded medical disputes by litigation because of characters of long period，high cost and rigidity attributed to litigation.Many kinds of ADR are put into practice to resolve medical disputes effectively.In order to provide some suggestions to perfect resolving system of medical disputes，this article will try to compare，analyze and evaluate available ADR of medical dispute，and tendentious choice will be given. |
