| 利用医院管理数据库提供的信息评价医疗机构的医疗质量是一种低成本的有效的评价方法，但是该方法存在一些缺点，限制了其推广使用。合理地选择“疾病状态—结果”对子，可以最大限度地发挥这种评价方法的优势，而降低其局限性的影响。PSIs比较好地解决了这一难题。 |

| Using messages from hospital administation database is a cheap way to evaluate health care quality of medical institutions. But the method has some drawbacks that limit its promotion. Rational choice of “illness situation-results” pairs can maximize the advantages of this evaluation method and reduce its limitations as well. PSIs is a better solution to the problem. |
