| An analysis of the personnel training pattern of overseas hospital administration and the current status of Chinese hospital administration careers is made. Through gaining profit from the overseas specialized experience and according to actual situation in China, the article proposes some viewpoints on the establishment of professional training system of hospital administration with Chinese characteristics. |
