Abstract: |
It is to establish a systematic, scientific, and comprehensive job evaluation system by employing a modern job evaluation method to provide the scientific evidences for optimizing the pay and performance management of hospital. The job value of the hospital is evaluated by count-point method using 28 elements.The job evaluation is the basic step for modern hospitals to optimize the pay and performance management. Count-point method can adapt to the acquirements of the job evaluation in hospital. |
