| 介绍了寿命周期费用（LCC）及持续采办和全寿命支持（CALS）的概念，并提出可以将寿命周期费用分析软件作为医学电子设备生命周期管理系统的一个模块，在设备的论证、方案、工程研制、生产和使用阶段对寿命周期费用进行分析计算，找出设备最佳的费用—效能模型，作为电子设备CALS集成信息环境的基础，逐步实现电子装备全系统全寿命管理。提出电子企业不断推进本企业的电子装备生命周期管理系统的应用，是实现电子装备生命周期管理的数字数据基础，同时也是建立我国电子装备研制、生产、使用和保障等费用管理的一种手段。对医院的电子设备管理有一定的借鉴意义。 |

| The definition of the life cycle cost LCC and the concept of CALS is introduced, and the life-cycle cost analysis will be used in medical electronic equipment life cycle management system for a module，equipment demonstration, programs, project development, production and use of the stage life-cycle cost analysis, to identify the best equipment costs-performance model, as electronic equipment CALS the basis of integrated information environment，and to gratually realize electronic equipment system-wide management of the whole life. It is pointed out that continuous promotion of e-business enterprises of the electronic equipment life cycle management system applications is the base of achieving life-cycle management of digital data base, and at the same time is the means of achieving the management of the establishment of China’s electronic equipment development, production, use and protection cost. Certain references can be made for the electronic equipment management in hospitals. |
