| 调查分析江西省12所不同等级、不同地区公立医院2000—2007年的经济运行数据。结果发现，江西省12所公立医院8年来经济运行状况明显改善，发展趋势良好，但是仍然存在政府投入不足、收支结构不合理、“以药养医”现象严重、营利能力不强等突出问题。建议加大政府对公立医院的监管和财政补助力度，优化卫生资源配置，改革以药养医的经济运行机制，调整医药价格体系，提高医疗服务水平和效率。 |

| Analysis the eight-year run of economic data from 2000 to 2007 of 12 public hospitals in different regions at different levels ofof Jiangxi Province was made . The results showed that 12 public hospitals in Jiangxi Province over the past eight years marked improvement in economic performance in a good development trend. However, there are still problems,such as lack of government investment,irrational revenue and expenditure structure , a serious problem of "to drug dependent doctors" and poor profit-making capability . Proposals were made to increase government regulation on public hospitals and financial assistance efforts,and optimize the allocation of health resources, reform the economic operation mechanism of drug-maiataining-medicine, adjust the price system of Chinese medicine and improve the level and efficiency of medical services. |
