| 补偿机制改革是公立医院改革的重点和难点。在分析当前公立医院财政补助现状以及取消药品加成的影响的基础上，指出当前补偿途径在具体实施过程中还存在相当的困难。为保障公立医院补偿机制改革的顺利推进，应从医疗服务的公平性和效益出发，明确补偿范围，制定补偿标准，并在机制体制上确保补偿到位。 |

| The reform of compensation mechanism is the main and difficult point to the reform of public hospitals.Based on the analysis of actual financial subsidy nowadays and the influence of cancelling the additional earning by increasing the price of medicines in public hospitals,this paper shows that there are still considerable difficulties in the implementation process of current compensation.In order to advance the reform of compensation mechanism in public hospitals,we should do,according to the fairness and effectiveness of medical services,as follows:clarifying the scope,constituting the standard and ensuring the fund in the systerm and mechanism. |
