| The hidden human capital of health technical personnel is an important source of continuum core competence in public hospitals. Accelerating the externalization of hidden human capital is also an important part of human resource management. From the characteristics of hidden human resource public capital in public hospitals,a model of hidden human capital switching mechanism is established.And a trinity’s institutional arrangement of material incentives, academic incentives and environmental incentives is also proposed. |
